Our brand new client is looking to hire an experienced Ruby on Rails developer where you will be working with some of the world's biggest brands. Whilst they have been established for over 10 years, they are still very much in a startup /scaleup phase as all staff are given the opportunity to play a key role in ideas generation and regular two-way feedback.

 

As a team, you will find creative and innovative ways to solve complex problems for clients, keeping development cycles fast, adapting as you learn, and investing in a culture of discovery and continual
feedback.

The role:

● Working with highly skilled development and related teams to develop new and existing products for industry using Rails, Ruby, Javascript, node.js, React and other cutting edge web technologies.
● Providing technical guidance to support client conversations; including the world’s largest retailer
● Supporting the drive for product & technological excellence - delivering great code and helping to refine best of breed agile delivery processes.

What are we looking for:

● Commercial experience with Ruby and/or Rails
● A passion for cutting edge web technologies and a yearning for learning; these are fundamental values 
● Experience of working with other languages and web technologies
● Experience of working within an Agile environment or a multi-disciplinary environment
